Hero Glamour X 125 Unveiled: Tech, Style, and Comfort in One Ride
After months of anticipation, Hero MotoCorp launches the 2025 Glamour X 125 in India, featuring advanced technology, multiple riding modes, and premium comfort, making it one of the most feature-packed bikes in its segment.

Hero MotoCorp has finally launched the 2025 Glamour X 125 in India, starting at ₹89,999 (ex-showroom). The bike comes in drum and disc brake variants, with the disc variant priced at ₹99,999. Booking opens on August 20, 2025.
The new Glamour X 125 is designed around four core elements: style, technology, comfort, and performance. The 125cc segment in India has been growing rapidly, with annual sales up 19% to 3.6 lakh units. Hero already offers multiple bikes in this category, including the Super Splendor XTEC and Extreme 125R.
Design highlights include an H-shaped LED headlamp, LED tail lamp, and LED turn indicators. Wide nylon handlebar grips and a comfortable pillion seat enhance both style and rider convenience. With a 790 mm seat height and 170 mm ground clearance, the bike offers easy handling for city and highway rides.
Riding modes on the Glamour X 125 include Eco, Power, and Road, allowing riders to adjust performance to their preference. The Boss-heavy signature exhaust provides a premium motorcycle feel. Hero’s AERA technology improves throttle precision and fuel efficiency, ensuring a smooth ride. Riders can choose between self-start and kick-start options.
The bike is packed with over 60 features, including a color LCD turn-by-turn navigation, gear position indicator, distance-to-empty, i3s on/off indicator, time, and cruise mode status. For convenience, under-seat storage can hold two mobile phones, a toolkit, and a first-aid kit. There are also 2A Type-C USB charging ports for fast smartphone charging on the go.
The 125cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke fuel-injection engine delivers 11.4 bhp at 8,250 rpm and 10.5 Nm torque at 6,500 rpm. A balance shaft and silent cam chain reduce vibrations, while the optimized cam profile and gear ratio enhance throttle response and provide smooth driving.
Modern features like ride-by-wire technology, electronic throttle body, cruise control, ambient light sensor, and panic brake alert elevate the Glamour X 125 above other bikes in its class. The bike also includes kick-start functionality, which is rare in many advanced motorcycles today.
The Glamour X 125 is available in five colors: Magnetic Silver and Candy Blazing Red for the drum variant, and Metallic Nexus Blue, Black Teal Blue, and Black Pearl Red for the disc variant.
