The announcement was made by Ola founder Bhavish Aggarwal via social media platform X (formerly Twitter), where he shared a teaser video of the bike in action. Calling it a “new era for electric mobility,” Aggarwal hinted that the bike would surpass all previous achievements of the company. The official launch event will take place at 10:30 AM on February 5.

Ola Electric has been making significant strides in the electric two-wheeler industry. In January 2024 alone, the company sold 22,656 units, marking a 65% growth compared to the previous month. With a 25% market share, Ola is currently leading the electric scooter segment. The company has been aggressively expanding its network, with over 4,000 dealerships and service centers across India.
