The petition, represented by lawyer Anil Nishani, includes a comprehensive submission of 1,492 pages of documents. These documents consist of High Court bail orders, FIRs from the Kamakshipalya police station, copies of chargesheets, witness statements, forensic reports, and mobile evidence, all of which, according to the police, question the legitimacy of the earlier bail order.

The Supreme Court will hear this plea on January 24, with all eyes on whether Darshan will continue to stay out on bail or face further legal repercussions in the high-profile murder case.
