Bengaluru : The state government has announced the last opportunity for ration card corrections. This includes adding new names, correcting details, and removing deceased members from your BPL or APL card. Corrections can be done both offline at designated centers and online through the official portal. The deadline for updates is January 31, 2025.
What Changes Can Be Made?
- Adding names of household members, including children.
- Adding the wife’s name.
- Removing deceased members.

Where Can You Make the Correction?
- Visit nearby ration shops, Bengaluru One, Karnataka One, Gram One, or Cyber Centers to submit the required documents for corrections.
- Alternatively, you can make the corrections online by visiting the official Food and Civil Supplies Department website, creating an ID, and submitting your changes.
