In a surprising turn of events, BJP MP Dr. K. Sudhakar, who had recently criticized BJP state president B.Y. Vijayendra regarding the appointment of the Chikkaballapur BJP district president, now finds himself praising Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
During an event in the village of Hosur, Dr. Sudhakar spoke highly of CM Siddaramaiah’s humility and simplicity. He mentioned that, like the renowned educationist Dr. H. Narasimhaiah, Siddaramaiah too leads a simple life despite holding high office. “Even as a two-time CM, Siddaramaiah continues to wear his kurta, pajama, and often shows up with a simple look, just like Dr. Narasimhaiah,” said Dr. Sudhakar.

The event, organized in honor of Dr. Narasimhaiah’s centenary at a government model primary school, saw Dr. Sudhakar recount his personal experiences with the Chief Minister. “I have had the privilege of working closely with Siddaramaiah, and I can say that he has always shown immense love and respect for Dr. Narasimhaiah,” he said.
Dr. Sudhakar further suggested that one day, it would be fitting to have CM Siddaramaiah, along with other ministers and legislators, visit Dr. Narasimhaiah’s school for a special event. His praise for both Siddaramaiah and Dr. Narasimhaiah demonstrated a rare moment of camaraderie in the political landscape.
