According to a report by GizmoChina, Realme’s Vice President, Wang Wei, has confirmed that the Realme GT 8 series will debut in October. The leaked Chinese poster showcases key highlights of the upcoming phone, confirming that it will pack a 200-megapixel telephoto lens and an impressive 7000mAh battery for long-lasting performance.
Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to feature Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset. It will sport a 2K resolution flat display and could come equipped with a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for biometric security. While other details remain under wraps, the leak hints at a premium, feature-loaded flagship.
Could Support 120W Fast Charging
Earlier leaks suggest that the Realme GT 8 Pro might support 100W or even 120W fast charging, making it one of the fastest-charging phones on the market. It is also rumored to carry an IP69 dust and water resistance rating and a 6.85-inch Samsung custom display. The device will likely feature a sturdy metal frame with a premium build quality.
